• Preparation: You'll likely be asked to remove personal belongings, money, and other items from your vehicle before the detailer arrives. 
• Vehicle Condition: Be aware that results may vary depending on the vehicle's original condition, and some services have extra fees (e.g., dog hair removal). 
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: There's often a time limit (24 hours) for canceling or rescheduling without incurring a fee. deposit is a fee paid upfront by a client to secure a service with the understanding that the fee will not be returned if the client cancels. 
• Liability: The policy will state limits on the company's liability for damage or loss to your vehicle or belongings. 
• Payment: Payment is usually due upon completion of the service.
• Terms & Conditions: A clear document that explains all policies to customers.
